About Project

In the lead-up to the 2023 Karnataka Assembly Elections, we partnered with senior leader S.R. Patil to deliver a high-impact political strategy consulting engagement. Over eight months, our team executed a data-driven seat selection process through a 9,000+ respondent constituency analysis across three Assembly segments. Parallelly, a 50-year developmental data study helped us craft a policy roadmap that addressed the persistent imbalance between North and South Karnataka, with a sharp focus on reviving the stalled Upper Krishna Project. This campaign strengthened Mr. Patil’s position as a grassroots-connected policymaker with a future-ready political vision.

In the final month before the 2023 Rajasthan Assembly Elections, we supported first-time candidate and 77th Maharana of Mewar, Vishwaraj Singh Mewar, in building a hyper-local, intelligence-led strategy across Nathdwara. A combination of telephonic surveys, and on-ground intelligence collection captured political moods across 130+ villages and 55 gram panchayats. Simultaneously, a constituency-personalised Modi Ki Guarantee manifesto was delivered door-to-door by party cadre, reaching over 70,000 households. This layered voter outreach and political intelligence network laid the foundation for trust and credibility—culminating in the highest-ever vote count for the BJP in the constituency with 94,000+ votes.

In the run-up to the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, we collaborated with the Chief Minister’s Office, Maharashtra, to craft a comprehensive pre-poll political strategy. With a core team of 18 members, we conducted 5,000+ ground interviews and over 2,000+ respondent survey to drive constituency-level analysis and candidate profiling across all 48 Parliamentary seats. Amidst the evolving NCP split, our political consulting team identified 240 probable candidates and decoded winning equations, delivering real-time electoral intelligence to strengthen the ruling leadership’s position in a shifting political landscape.

In the three months leading up to the 2023 Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections, we worked with senior BJP leader and ex-Minister Rajesh Munat to re-energise cadre structures and sharpen on-ground voter targeting in Raipur City West. A 100-member field team conducted a pan-constituency survey with over 3,500 respondents, enabling real-time candidate assessment and strategy calibration. Parallelly, under the Modi Ki Guarantee campaign, 200 volunteers executed a 30-day door-to-door mobilisation drive that registered over 1 lakh voters. This large-scale engagement effort led to a 17.6% increase in vote share from 2018, resulting in the highest-ever vote share (60%) in the constituency’s history.

In a year-long campaign, we revitalised Ajay Singh Rahul’s political and family legacy through targeted strategies for diverse age and community groups, including Nandi Yatra, Yuva Pukaar, and Vindhya Ki Baat. These efforts culminated in the highest margin of victory in his 50-year political career, securing an impressive lead of 27,777 votes. Simultaneously, our strategic outreach resulted in the assembly witnessing the highest number of voters ever polled – an outstanding 97,517 votes.

In the final month before the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, we partnered with INC MLA and Chittorgah PC Contestant Udai Lal Anjana to execute a grassroots political consulting effort focused on booth-level organisation and voter outreach. Over 10,000 booth-level workers were verified, and caste alignment was mapped across 2,000+ booths—strategically matching dominant voter communities with the profiles of assigned workers. This exercise in booth-level caste mapping was further amplified through a 3.5 lakh-household door-to-door campaign and a tailored constituency-level manifesto, creating a hyper-local election strategy rooted in on-ground social realities.

In the lead-up to the 2024 General Elections, we partnered with Samajwadi Party National Secretary and former MP Annu Tandon to scale a high-intensity outreach campaign across Unnao. A compact team of 10 oversaw a multi-channel mobilisation effort—from 30 lakh outbound calls and audio van messaging across 1,000+ villages to the wide distribution of over 5 lakh “Suraksha Chakra” manifestos. Alongside, targeted outreach to over 1,000 sarpanchs and direct engagement with the party cadre reactivated more than 25,000 grassroots workers. This integrated campaign not only deepened local connect but drove a threefold surge in vote share—from 1.85 lakh in 2019 to 5.8 lakh in 2024.

In the final stretch before the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, we worked with former MP and ex-Haryana Congress President Ashok Tanwar to streamline campaign operations across Sirsa. A nine-member field team facilitated over 9,000 app-based verifications, strengthening booth-level structures and activating Shakti Kendras for targeted mobilisation. Alongside this, we coordinated with 17 existing teams and managed over 100 key election stakeholders—ensuring alignment, communication, and real-time issue resolution. In the final month before the 2024 General Elections, we partnered with Mumbai Regional Congress Committee President Varsha Gaikwad to deliver a tightly crafted election campaign in Dharavi AC. Grounded in Dharavi’s socio-political realities, the campaign combined deep voter intelligence—10,000+ respondent surveys across 3,000 households—with a targeted community outreach strategy across seven municipal wards. Simultaneously, 25+ media stories and over 75 testimonial videos positioned her as the protector of Dharavi’s interests and rights. With layered ward-level action plans and narrative framing, the campaign delivered the highest-ever vote share in the constituency’s history—53.9%—cementing her mandate.

Four months ahead of the 2024 General Elections, we engaged with Hingoli MP Hemant Patil to deliver an election winning strategy for Hingoli. A 23-member on-ground team across 500 villages, gathered political intelligence to categorize 89 ZP Circles and six Assembly segments ably assisted via a telephony survey conducted with 5,000+ respondents. Through the identification of 300+ key political stakeholders, we developed a ground-up winning strategy, complemented by Shiv Sarthi—a booth management initiative involving verification and planning for over 2,000 booth-level workers. The campaign blended grassroots insights, political mapping, and booth cadre assessment to inform a sharp, data-backed roadmap.
