Elections in India are nothing short of a festival — vibrant, emotional, and filled with the energy of people choosing their future. My own journey into this dynamic world began in the classrooms of Delhi University and deepened through student politics in JNU. But it was during my years at I-PAC, where I worked on six state campaigns under the direct mentorship of Prashant Kishor, that I truly began to understand the power of strategy, narrative, and trust in shaping political outcomes.
Each state I worked in — with its own culture, history, and political ecosystem — gave me insight into the beautiful complexity of Indian democracy. I had the privilege of working closely with leaders across party lines and witnessing firsthand what it takes to lead with both vision and conviction.
But I also saw a gap — a need for long-term, leader-centric support that goes beyond election-time machinery. That led to the founding of VoteBridge India.
